Is sports betting legal in Tennessee?

Tennessee authorizes both retail (in-person) sportsbooks and statewide online wagering through licensed operators. Most major U.S. sportsbooks — DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, and Fanatics among them — operate apps available to bettors physically located inside Tennessee. Account creation typically requires identity verification (Social Security number, government ID, address).
